SUFISMISITAHERESYORNOT?(هلالتصوفبدعةأمليسببدعة)

SUFISM, IS IT A HERESY OR NOT? (هل التصوف بدعة أم ليس ببدعة)

THE THIRD OF THE CONTROVERSIAL ISSUES: SUFISM.

Sufism, is it heresy or not?

The opponents of Sufism said that it is full of heresy that was imported from the other religions that have no basis in Islam, and the supporters of Sufism said that it is an explanation of the position of benevolence as just as monotheism is the explanation of the position of faith, and that jurisprudence is the explanation of the position of Islam, therefore if the research in those positions is not a heresy, then Sufism is not also.

The mujahideen (Scholars) that explained the position of the benevolence, were known in the name of ascetics, hermits, and Sufis, and they appeared at the time when the researchers in the jurisprudence and the researchers in the doctrine appeared.

However, the dispute and conflict have accompanied the emergence of Sufism since the third century because it is a sentimental matter, and people are different in their feelings. The accountant called Al-Harith was a contemp

Among the typical theory of "every scholar can be accepted and can also be denied."

Among the typical theory of "every scholar can be accepted and can also be denied."

Some scholars denied some ideologies of Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, including: -

1: His prohibition of travelling to visit the Prophet's Tomb, depending on the

Hadith; "Do not touristify my grave or idolize it for worship." and hadith: - "Allah had cursed people that took the graves of their prophets as a mosque". With his believe of validity of going to three mosques, including the Messenger's Mosque.

Furthermore, scholars asked:

How is it possible to distinguish between the Prophet’s Mosque and his grave(that is inside the mosque), peace be upon him.

2: Including his belief in direction and embodiment of Allah in the attributes that were revealed to define Allah.

3: Including his analysis of divorce for

once only, and the jurists agreed that it is an innovational divorce.

4- They denied his opinion that Allah is talking letterly and vocally.

5- And that Allah is actually on his throne

SOME SALAFIS WITH MODERN AND ASTRONOMICAL SCIENCES. (بعض السلفيين و العلوم الحديثة و الفلكية.)

Dar Al-Ma'ref in Egypt published a series of Iqra (اقرأ) and among them is the land of miracles, a story of the famous Dr Bint Al-Shati.

I wrote under the title: The Great Battle of Reform on the Arab Island. The battle does not mean that King Abdulaziz Al Saud seized Mecca, Medina, Jeddah, and Taif, but rather meant King Abdulaziz’s battle with the Wahhabi Brotherhood who had defeated his enemies.

The King invited Brotherhood leaders to a conference in Riyadh in January, in which they will harmoniously converse with them regarding the issue of mail by the telegraph.

They told him: -

"O You with the long life, you have been cheated by the person that introduced you to the using of Telegraph, and to bring it into our country".

The king replied, "You have made a mistake. No one had cheated on us, and praise be to Allah on this your weak mentality and a short observation."

Tactfully, he defeated them this time after they have cut the telegraph wires several times, a

SOMESALAFISANDSOLARPHOTOGRAPHY(بعضالسلفيينوالتصويرالشمسي)

SOME SALAFIS AND SOLAR PHOTOGRAPHY (بعض السلفيين و التصوير الشمسي)

I was included with a number of Salafi advocates in West Africa and in the Arab countries, by societies and religious conferences, and I saw many of them fleeing from the lens of the photographic camera, as they still believed that photography is prohibited in all its forms and types, but the truth is that this solar image does not have a shadow but is the shadow of a reflected man itself in the plexiglass of the mirror, it is completely different from the image in which the narrated hadiths forbid.

The depiction of images was forbidden in the times of paganism because they were worshipped and the strict law came against the depicters because they were paving the way for worshipping idols and statues sculpted from every stone and tree, for the rulings revolve with their raison d'être in the presence and non-existence.

And if there is no one left today that takes this image for worship, and if the purpose of taking it is not for sanctification, then there is no cause of the prohi

SOMESALAFISANDLOGIC(بعضالسلفيينوعلمالمنطق)

SOME SALAFIS AND LOGIC (بعض السلفيين و علم المنطق)

It is not true, what was said: - "that Ideology of the Salafis is the correct that does not tolerate error and the opinion of others is the error that does not accept rightness", but the correct is what was said that "every diligent researcher makes mistakes and rights and every researcher can be accepted with his Ideology or nullified except the infallible".

For the opinion of Imam Ahmad al-Ghazali and Ibn Rushd, for example, in the authorisation of Logic, is more accurate and correct than the opinion of Imam Ahmad bin Taymiyyah and his student Ibn al-Qayyim, although they are the proof of the people of jurisprudence, hadith and Quran interpretation.

Al-Ghazali divided the sciences of philosophy into six sections and made logic one of them and said: - “As for the Logic, none of them relates to negation and proof. Rather, it is an insight for the methods of evidence and standards, conditions of proofs of introduction, how to install them, and the conditions of the correct limit

Islamic sects are diligent researchers - (الفرق الإسلامية مجتهدون)

Ibn Rushd al-Faqih al-Qurtubi, the Moroccan philosopher, says in his book, Judgemental Essay: (Muslim philosophers, Mu'tazilas,  theologists, Ash'aris, and Salafis altogether are diligent researchers in the Islamic doctrine, they they will rewarded if they are correct and excused if they are wrong).

Sheikh Abdul Jalil Issa mentioned in the sixteenth chapter of his valuable book: (What Is Not Permissible To Dispute On Between Muslims), quoting Jamal Al-Din Al Qasimi Al-Dimashqi, he said: (Just as the name of ijtihad deals with the branches of jurisprudence, so are the issues of theology for the whole concept of ijtihad in terms of language, terminology and existence, and how the sects of the researchers (Mujtahidin) are not considered to be in the fundamentals. This was inferred on their claim from the Qur’an and the Sunnah and what appeared to those sects from both(Quran and Sunnah) is the truth and no one else, so they were diligent researchers and they were rewarded in their re

WHATNIGERIANSCHOLARSARETOBEBLAMEDFORINTHEBRANCHESOFJURISPRUDENCE(مايلامعليهعلماءنيجيريافيفروعالفقه)

WHAT NIGERIAN SCHOLARS ARE TO BE BLAMED FOR, IN THE BRANCHES OF JURISPRUDENCE ( ما يلام عليه علماء نيجيريا في فروع الفقه )

The scholars of Nigeria and West Africa had been in contact with the Maliki school of thought at their first contact with Islam, and they learnt jurisprudence with it, and this doctrine was attributed to the Imam of Dar-l-Hijra and he is one of the righteous ancestors because he is a subordinate to the followers of the companions who lived in the second century AH.

Therefore, our scholars are not to be blamed on their persistency on any correct report(words, deeds and confirmation of action and abandonment) from Imam Malik, but they are to be blamed for five things: -

1: Their consideration of defecting from Malik's doctrine to others as haram or heresy, or to consider working with an idea of other sects as haraam or abhorrent, if the need or environment calls for such.

2: Their strict adherence to the theories of the followers of Imam Malik (Authors of jurisprudence booklets) as if they were sacred texts, or to raise them to the level of the statements of Imam Malik himself,

ANORDINARYRESEARCHISDANGEROUSINTHISERA(الاجتهادالمطلقخطرفيهذاالزمان)

AN ORDINARY RESEARCH IS DANGEROUS IN THIS ERA (الاجتهاد المطلق خطر في هذا الزمان)

The four notable doctrines encompass all opinions and ideas that revolve around all jurisprudential rules, and every doctrine was based on ijtihad based on text(Verse/hadith) or analogy. so today. It is not possible for today's scholar to come out,  diligently with his research on a matter that had been solved by the pristine scholars of various classes, with an Ideology that is yet to be discovered.

But a particular quote that is attributed to Imam Ahmad from his saying : ("Do not imitate Imam Malik or Imam Abu- Anifat or Imam Shafi’i, but take from where they took"). Rather it applies to the jurists who lived in the primitive period. But those that came after them, are not knowledgeable enough like the pristine scholars, to take from where they took.

Moreover, the claim of ordinary ijtihad(research/perseverance) today, is what we have to be conscious about, except in some serious matters that the predecessors did not realize nor researched on. Then, it is compulsory for Mu

ARETURNTOTHEPEREMPTORYANDPRESUMPTIVEISSUES(عودإلىالمسائلالقطعيةوالمسائلالظنية)

A RETURN TO THE PEREMPTORY AND PRESUMPTIVE ISSUES (عود إلى المسائل القطعية و المسائل الظنية)

That peremptory judgments are the principles whose words denote only a meaning among the common people. People can deduce meaning from the words, a decree or inhibition, as the Almighty says: - (keep up the prayer and pay the alms) and (it is mandated upon you to fast)Al-Baqarat.

As for the presumptive judgments, they are the branches whose words can bear many meanings, and not all people agree on a single understanding of its words, such as the words of Almighty : ("Whoever witnessed the month among you, should fast it").

Some people perceived that this is directed to those that sighted the moon in every country.

And those that are yet to witness it should wait for the crescent to be witnessed by the masses of that country.

While some understood this particular verse as a direct speech to every Muslims in the world as: whenever a Muslim sighted the moon, then the whole Islamic nation had sighted it!!!.

It is detestable for each of them to invalidate others.

But the Sal

IDEOLOGICALPERSEVERANCEANDIMITATION(الاجتهادوالتقليد)

IDEOLOGICAL PERSEVERANCE AND IMITATION (الاجتهاد و التقليد)

THE FIRST ISSUE: IDEOLOGICAL PERSEVERANCE AND IMITATION.

We presented this issue because all the various controversial issues are based on Ideological perseverance and imitation.

Jurisprudence, monotheism and Sufism are all issues of perseverance, where misconception and accuracy will possibly occur.

We say: -

The peremptory issues; are the principles that ideological perseverance of scholars is disallowed, in and out, such as the obligatory prayer and fasting, while the presumptive issues are the subsections that perseverance of the scholars is actually allowed, and this is of two sections.

A section is in which the scholars had worked diligently on it. It is not permissible to disregard their work and re-strive therein, or else disorderliness will occur in the laws. The discoveries of the pristine scholars belong to this section.

The other section did not happen in the primitive time of the scholars, and no one had worked on it, such as the issue of life insurance an
