head and still you do not reflect. You are worst of human kind and deserve to be castigated like no one. Had you reflected you would have used your limbs such as eyes, ears, lips etc. for better service and not condemnation? Your crocodile tears save you not from your foolishness and ignorance. You are known for doing what is contrary to what you command others. Your sin is numerous that they submerge your piety and your ignorance is growing fatter and fatter everyday. How would you become a better person when you gladly romance with your like, ilk (fellow sinners) and become a chief sinner carefully, willingly and adorably. The poet points out the inescapable task that is ahead of an innocent person on the day of resurrection let alone of a staunch sinner before it would be too late. He warns him to prepare for the day he will have no power to reply heavy criticism or even stand the best of his heinous conduct.
The poet makes an ironical statement that Abubakar has disclosed' least of his fault' but concealed most of them. The poet acknowledges his short coming and take with gratitude and contentment but warns that the fault finding demotes who ever engages in it and bereaves him of his status before the public.
