Knowing your lord attracts obedience, which leads to my call might lead to damnation but obedience with good deeds many good things from your lord. Disobedience or reluctant to to my call will fetch your gains. Naseef Al-yasuji said (1800-1871 A.D)

 وكم علم جنى مالا وجاها
وكم مال جنى حرب السباق
Meaning:
And how vast of knowledge begets money and prestige,
And how many abundant of riches begets feud.

Ascetism from worldly materialism and its vanity
This very stanza addresses Ascetism and the benefits inherent in the quest of hereafter.
Al- Sahili provides a veritable tool or compass to the direction with is expected of every human being in this sinful world. Between lines 46-57, he shuns and admonishes to eschew the mundane world for a better fulfilling life in this hereafter.³¹
Allah says".... But the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for a reward for one's hope" (Q18 v 46)
Ascetism (Al-Zuhdi) in Islam has its basis source in relating with the founder which is Prophet Muhammad (SAW). He also established "an open air residential university (for Ascetic in his mosque at Madina) and the number of residents varies from time to time. Ibn hajar said: "suffah was a covered area at back side of the prophet mosque" Ibn Taymiyah said, the total residents of suffah were six to seven hundred but that many were not there are one time. Their average number was seventy ³². A particular verse was revealed to the prophet
