Allah ordered he prophet not to look at those who Allah has given worldly enjoyment, because the passion of Allah can be achieve through having knowledge and practicing it. "Ibn Majah has narrated one day the prophet Muhammad (SAW) entered a mosque where he found the companion gathered into two separate groups. One group busy in prayer and recitation of al-Quran, and the other in religious discussions. Both are
engaged in virtuous pursuits, the prophet remarked "but Allahmhas sent me as a teacher so the prophet joined the second group"²⁸.

Lines 38-45 explain that the product of materialism like money, car and women are worthless elements compared to the consequential result of knowledge over other things.
Al-sahili tells reader that the path of piety is best to take as passion admire, which can only be gained by having knowledge. "you have ridden on a well trodden path of piety" "one remarkable incident in the life of the holy Prophet (SAW) when the captives of the battles of badr were brought; he ordered their released on the payment of battles 4,000 dirhams or an under-taking to teach ten Muslim in lieu of ransom. In those days, to forgo a big amount and accept teaching and writing instead, shows the Prophet's great interest to educating humanity and values of learning. This incident shows how Islam values knowledge than anything. The tone of the poet changes towards the end, as he sorrowfully and sadly asserts
that power will do not harm as long as you your lord.
