الْمَقَامَةُ الدِّينَارِيَّةُ

And pride of the tribes,

Àti ìdunnu àwọn ẹ̀yà,

Good morning to you,

Ẹ káàárọ̀ o,

And enjoy your morning drink.

Kí ẹ sì gbádùn ohun mímu òwúrọ̀ yín.

Look at one who was once has a guest house and generosity,

Ẹ wo ẹni tí ó jẹ́ oní ile igbalejo àti ore,

Of wealth and alms,

Olówó àti ẹni anu,

Of property and villages,

Òní dúkìá àti ìlú,

Of dwellings and guest foods.

Oníle àti ẹni tó ní ikona àlejò.

Calamities never ceased frowning upon him,

Àwọn ìpọ́njú kò dẹ́kun láti hó sí i lójú,

And the wars of distress,

Àti ogun ìpọ́njú,

And the sparks of the envious one's evil,

Àti ìtànná ibi ẹni tí ó ń ṣe ìlara,
