Ó ń tú àwọn àtìlẹ́yìn, ó ń ṣẹgun òkè gíga.

As though feathers upon its edges.

Bíi pé ewé ń bò ó ní àgbègbè rẹ̀.

Blue blades sharpened to an end.

Àwọn idà buluu tí a ti ṣe kíkà fún ìparí.

Ìgbọ́ tí ebi pa láti inú àwẹ́ tó pé.

Ọmọ tuntun tí ìyá rẹ̀ jẹ́ ìyá bàbá rẹ̀.
