الْمَقَامَةُ الْبَرْقَعِيدِيَّةُ

Àti pé arúgbó ọkùnrin àti arúgbó obìnrin náà ti sálọ.

Nítorí náà inú bí mi sí ẹ̀tàn rẹ̀.

And I went deep in pursuit of him.

Ṣùgbọ́n ó dàbí ẹni tí a ti rì sínú omi.
