وَلَا يُبَرْقِشُ قَوْلَهُ.

And does not embellish his words.

فَأَخْبَرْتُهُمْ بِالَّذِي رَأَيْتُ.
English
So I told them what I saw.

وَمَا وَرَيْتُ وَلَا رَأَيْتُ.
English
And what I concealed and did not see.

Àti ohun tí mo fi pamọ́ àti ohun tí mi ò rí.

فَقَهْقَهُوا مِنْ كَيْتٍ وَكَيْتٍ.
English
So they laughed from this and that.

Nítorí náà, wọ́n rẹrìn-ín nípa èyí àti tọhún.

وَلَعَنُوا ذَلِكَ الْمَيْتَ.
English
And they cursed that dead man.
