الْمَقَامَةُ الرَّازِيَّةُ

And you overflow in the bow of your transgression.

Àti pé o ń ṣíṣé ní àárín ìṣe búburú rẹ.

And you wear the caution that destroys you.

Ati pe o wọ ìtìjú tí ó máa pa ẹ́.

You are not content with sufficiency.

O kò ní ìtẹ́lọ́rùn pẹ̀lú amojukuro.

Nor do you abstain from the forbidden.

Ati pe o kò yàgò fún ohun tí kò bófin mu.

Nor do you listen to admonitions.

Ati pe o kò gbọ́ ìkìlọ̀.

Nor are you deterred by threats.

Ati pe ìkìlọ̀ kò lè dá ẹ́ dúró.

Your habit is to follow whims.

Ìṣe rẹ ni láti tẹ̀lé ìfẹ́kúfẹ̀ẹ́.

And you stumble blindly.

Ati pe o máa ń ṣìṣè ní tàìmọ̀.

Your concern is to strive in caution.

Ìfẹ́ rẹ ni láti máa ṣọ́ra.

And to gather heritage for heirs.

Ati láti kó ohun ìní fún àwọn ọmọ rẹ.
