Títí di pé a dé sí ile kékeré tí ó ti pàrún
He said: This is my resting place and the nest of my young ones.
Ó sọ pé: Eyi ni ibi tí mo ti ń sinmi àti ibùsùn fún àwọn ọmọ mi.
Then he opened his door and took his bag from me.
Lẹ́yìn náà, ó ṣí ẹnu-ọ̀nà rẹ̀, ó sì gba àpótí rẹ̀ lọ́wọ́ mi.
And he said: By my life, you have lightened my burden and earned my favor.
Ó sọ pé: Mo búra pẹ̀lú ayé mi, o ti dín ẹrù mi kù, o sì ti jèrè inú rere mi.
